MultiDay Ride Arrangements
The Committee has developed some criteria to guide proposers of multi- day
rides or events when seeking Committee approval.
These generally follow accepted past practice, but incorporate two new
aspects - the inclusion of recce costs where the ride leaders wish to claim
reasonable reconnoitring costs; and the request for event leaders to provide
a simple financial statement to the Treasurer after the event.
Committee meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month (the week
before the General Meeting) and proposals should be forwarded in advance to
the Calendar Co-ordinator. This form is in the members area so use the passwords to reach it.
